We arrange finance for individuals, partnerships, LLP’s, limited companies and SIPPs, looking to purchase or refinance UK commercial or residential investment property. Loans can be arranged for any purpose and we can place facilities where there have been credit issues. We take an independent approach when sourcing facilities that best meet a borrower’s needs and are not tied to any one lender.
What we do – we can arrange mortgages for:
- Commercial and semi commercial investment property
- Commercial owner occupied property
- Residential investment property including single Buy to let , multi unit freeholds and HMO’s
- Speculative residential and mixed use property development finance
- Commercial property development where there is a pre let or pre sale
- Bridging finance for both residential and commercial properties
- Short term VAT loans as part of a property purchase transaction

We have been members of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers, NACFB since 1993. Brokers who are members of the NACFB adhere to an industry recognised Code of Practice and undergo an independent evaluation and review to ensure their processes and procedures meet the Associations professional expectations. High Street Banks and many specialist commercial finance lenders are Patrons of the NACFB, recognising the expertise and benefit to borrowers of using a specialist intermediary.
